The story is set in Monal City, which has been devastated by a virus outbreak, originally intended for bio weapons. The majority of mankind has been wiped out, with only a few remaining as the last survivors in the city, alongside hordes of undead monsters and zombies. In the aftermath of the deadly outbreak, people live isolated lives in the desolate ruins of the city, uncertain if any uninfected humans still exist.
In "The Last Day Zombie Survival: Part 1," Ellie manages to escape from a house where she was being held captive in a deadly game orchestrated by a masked man. The masked man's tape instructs her to flee the house or face imminent death from the undead creatures or the house itself being destroyed.
After successfully escaping the house, Ellie finds herself alone in a vast, destroyed city, where survival from the infected becomes her sole mission to avoid death. Ellie possesses immunity to the virus and strives to protect others while defending herself against hostile mutants and zombies.
Determined to locate and eliminate the masked man responsible for this lethal game, Ellie encounters Adam and Carlos, two other survivors trapped in the devastated city. United by their immunity to the virus, they embark on a mission to stop this deadly chaos. However, they must confront enormous monsters on highways and streets before reaching their target.
Who is behind the mask? The enigmatic figure is a deranged millionaire who manipulates the outbreak's creatures as weapons against uninfected humans.
The masked man has sealed off the city, turning humans into ravenous zombies and animals into highly aggressive mutants. Humanity teeters on the edge of extinction, relying on Ellie to save what remains. She finds herself in a zombie apocalypse, fighting to survive by eliminating the reanimated dead.
